What do I need to start my voucher shop?
You need an active user account and a linked business listing. Once you have entered your organization data and shop configuration, your shop is ready to use immediately without manual activation.
Do I need my own website to use the shop?
No. We provide you with your own permanent internet address (subdomain). However, you can easily embed the link on your existing website or in social media.
Can I customize my shop individually?
Yes. You can set your shop name and upload your own logo, which appears in the shop, on vouchers, and on invoices. In addition, standard amounts and many other details can be managed centrally.
What design options are available for the vouchers themselves?
You can create different templates for different occasions (e.g., Christmas or birthday) and customize them with your own images and colors. In addition, a fixed standard text for important notes can be stored on all vouchers. Your customers can freely choose the desired amount and design when purchasing and add a personal greeting message.
How does voucher redemption work on-site?
Redemption is done via any internet-enabled device by scanning the QR code or manually entering the voucher code. A PIN is used for confirmation, which is discreetly placed at the bottom right of the voucher. Since the customer can enter this PIN themselves if desired, the process creates a particularly high level of security and trust.
How does invoicing work?
You can optionally activate automatic invoicing. In this case, the customer receives a legally compliant invoice as a PDF by email immediately after each purchase.
How and when do I receive my money?
Your revenue is paid out fully automatically in a monthly interval at the end of the month directly to your bank account.
